Property owners must submit building plans and exterior material specifications to the appointed board or committee for approval prior to construction to ensure the design aligns with the surrounding aesthetic. Minimum square footage requirements and additional reasonable covenants apply to all new construction.
The bylaws, covenants, and easements are clearly stated within the recorded Freemont County HOA documents, which are available to all property owners. These documents stipulate a minimum rental duration and a maximum number of consecutive days for RV utilization by owners and guests.
The HOA Board of Directors is dedicated to maintaining the tranquility of our mountain community through the enforcement of reasonable bylaws. The Board appreciates the cooperation of all property owners in their timely adherence to its requests.
